POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Project Management passionate professional to join our team in Warsaw. You will be accountable for managing software development projects for our US clients and working on day-to-day basis with our development team.

- Location: Warsaw, Poland

- Project industry: Software development for HealthTech, FinTech, and FoodTech industries

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Discrete project and risk management of mobile and web development projects
- Coordination, evaluation and supervision of project activities throughout the period of its implementation
- Preparation and maintenance of project documentation
- Communication management (direct written and verbal communication with clients and team members), including project status reporting
- Direct cooperation and meetings with clients and partners in Poland and abroad (must be willing to travel occasionally after pandemic)
- Project budgeting and cost tracking
- Providing direction, motivation and support to the project team
- Providing leadership and mentorship to junior colleagues
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects (2-3 years of software project management experience at least)
- Exceptional analytical skills and proven ability to solve problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluent English is a must - C1/C2 proficiency)
- Strong interpersonal skills (ability to interact with clients and team in multiple business roles)
- Superior personal character and work ethic
- Comfortable working independently in a global setting including multiple cultures and time zones
- Be nimble with ability to efficiently work in a dynamic environment
- Be able to organise own work and the work of others
- Passion for getting things done well
NICE TO HAVES:
- Formal project management trainings and certifications
- Bachelor’s degree or greater (any field)
- Good understanding of UX design best practices
- IT Business Analysis and/or Software Development background
