Flyps is a high-tech software house that has been on the market for seven years. We specialize in projects requiring high levels of expertise in AI, computer vision, deep learning and machine learning in high-tech, med-tech and bio-tech fields.

As a software house, we develop software for self-driving robots, biotech companies, IoT, and data-driven companies, among others. We create our own internal products (e.g., our social live selling platform) and work with both foreign and Polish clients - including American Fortune 500 companies and unicorns. We created the first cashless and self-service stores in Poland and our team was a pioneer in the field of building automation.

We also undertake numerous unconventional projects, such as fraud detection in the fish market using Computer Vision, early detection of cerebral palsy in infants, and predicting relapses in individuals struggling with addiction through data analysis.

Task range:

• Writing code according to detailed project specifications and product requirements
• Ensuring UX/UI Coherence
• Taking responsibility for code standards and quality
• Providing support for the rest of the team and internal projects with diverse technological stacks
• Participating in estimating new projects
• If well experienced then also team-leading :)

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in a similar position
• experience in commercial projects as a Fullstack Developer
• High proactivity in various activities
• good communication skills
• ability to work in a team 
• English proficiency (level C1)
• Eagerness to keep up with technology trends

Nice to have:

• experience in MedTech / BioTech
• experience in ISO 14971 and EN 62304
• knowledge of writing documentation
• knowledge of AI / LLMs / Data Science
• Team leading skills
