Your Role & Responsibilities
- Cooperating directly with Clients (with the support of PM)
- Leading UX/UI projects (1-3 at the same time)
- Mapping user flows, defining information architecture, designing wireframes and interfaces
- Cooperating with Heads of other departments (Research & Strategy, Web & Mobile Development, Digital Analytics & Optimization)
- Working in end-to-end digital process
- Collaborating with other designers, as well as with the interdisciplinary team (researchers, strategists, developers, data analysts)
- Mentoring younger designers
- Improving workflow and defining internal processes
- Reporting to Head of Design
Your Profile & Skills Required
- 2+ years of documented commercial experience
- Extensive portfolio of commercial projects
- Good command of written and spoken English (B2/C1+)
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Proactive attitude, you solve problems and figure things out
- Good understanding of business and technology
- Experience in UX Audits
- Extreme attention to details
- You're a quick learner
Nice to Haves
- Skills in illustration, motion design, 3D or animation
- Experience in brand identity design
- Social media presence (Dribbble or Behance)
