We are a specialized design studio focused on shifting automotive, Web3, and sustainable energy industries. Our clients primarily seek change to what is given or try to fill the void, even if it is the smallest. We work with them and with each other on an equal basis.

Daily routine

• Prepare and conduct client workshops that aim to understand and distill their problems
• Design top-notch user interfaces from concept to handoff
• Maintain a positive relationship with clients and project stakeholders
• Mentor less experienced designers and contribute to improving our design workflow
• Participate in our internal side projects where we experiment with industry-shifting ideas

You bring

• Five or more real-life launched projects in your portfolio for both desktop and mobile
• Example-based knowledge of building and maintaining Design Systems
• Fluency in English
• Mastery of design tools like Figma and Adobe Suite
• Confidence in presenting your work as if you'd tell a great story
• Complete understanding of human-centered design process with both UX and UI skills
• Team player spirit and leadership attitude

Would be nice if you’d have

• Knowledge of no-code tools like Webflow and Framer
• A solid social media presence with up-to-date profiles on Dribbble, Behance, or Instagram
• Experience with sharing knowledge through blog posts or conference speaking

• Salary based on your experience and skills: 13.000 - 17.000 PLN net on a service contract (B2B), 20 days off included, paid sick leave
