We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team. This is an early-stage opportunity to join a company that is fundamentally transforming the way customers pick and buy clothes. If you want to play a key role in scaling a new, innovative business through design, this is the position for you.
Your roles and responsibilities:
- Understanding company products,
- Understanding the implicit connection between designing for consumer experiences that integrate with operational workflow tools,
- Designing the UI/UX of mobile app for our consumers,
- Designing the UI/UX of web apps for our operations team,
- Proactively finding solutions, new ideas, and overlooked opportunities,
- Working closely with engineers, product managers, and other designers to define problems, map user flows, prototype interactions, and launch new features,
- Keeping the user at the center of the design process,
- Using research methods to uncover user’s needs and refining the product requirements,
- Communicating research findings across the team,
- Facilitating polite and transparent communication with all team members,
- Embracing the fast-paced and ambiguous nature of the startup to solve real problems.
To join us we require:
- Min. 3 years of professional experience with end-to-end digital product design (research → wire → visual design),
- Portfolio demonstrating your experience delivering end to end designs. Preferably, include stories that highlight your design process from concept to solution,
- Great sense of typography, layout, and general design principles,
- Expertise in Figma or Sketch,
- Excellent communication skills, a continuous improvement mindset,
- Excellent English skills (min. B2 level).
Nice to have:
- Experience working in a start-up environment,
- One or more apps published in the App Store or Google Play Store
- Demonstrated track record of success in building products based on consumer needs and research,
- Practical understanding of front-end programming to clearly communicate with engineers,
- Deep empathy for our customers,
- Experience designing native apps,
- Expertise in Principle,
- Familiarity with design systems.
