The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for resolving escalated cases at a 3rd line level and working on bespoke client projects.
- Work with other teams within the business on bespoke projects for clients.
- Maintain bespoke data integrations by monitoring and correcting defects.
- Consult colleagues concerning the maintenance and performance of data integrations with a view to writing or modifying how it works currently (improvements).
- Continually update technical knowledge and skills by reading manuals and testing new modules.
- Help the other technical teams diagnose and manage issues with platform infrastructure.
- Provide a professional level of support to 1st and 2nd line Support teams.
- Triage escalated cases and ensure they’re monitored daily.
- Provide clients with support when a technical explanation is needed to help resolve a situation.
