We are looking for an ambitious, motivated, and willing-to-learn person to join us as a Product Support Representative to provide exceptional support for our Treasury Management System. Your responsibilities will include providing in-depth product support to FIS clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of treasury operations and financial systems, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

What you will be doing:

• Assist clients in troubleshooting functional issues, identifying root causes, and providing timely resolutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, including developers, product managers, and consultants
• Design and implement new processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures to streamline the operations and follow best practices
• Stay updated on product enhancements, new features, and industry trends related to treasury management to effectively support users
• Advocate for customer needs and provide feedback to the product development team to improve product usability and functionality
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in all interactions with clients

What you will need:

Must have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree diploma
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• The ability to work independently
• Experience/ ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and strong problem-solving skills
• English B2/C1

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in IT/ corporation company
• Prior banking experience
• Knowledge of FIS products
