What you will do:
- Provide in-depth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries
- Respond to customer product inquiries via telephone or in written internet-based email or chat sessions
- Troubleshoot problems with malfunctioning software applications and recommends corrective action
- Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development
- Recreate and resolve client issues in test environment, Identifies/documents how applications and systems interact to support business processes
What you bring:
- BA or MA degree in: Computer Science, Finance, Math, Business, Management, Economics or similar
- Fluency in English – speaking and writing
- Computer/technical literacy (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point and Project)
- Excellent written, verbal and inter-personal communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong desire to learn the products, processes and related industries
- Ability to deal with high pressure situations and incidents
- Team player and willing to progress in a rapidly changing environment
- Highly motivated and keen to succeed
- Finance and/or Accounting qualifications/experience is beneficial
