Junior DevOps Engineer at FinTech

We’re growing our Platform Team and looking for a Junior DevOps Engineer who’s eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fast-paced FinTech startup.

You’ll work closely with our hands-on technical co-founder and a highly skilled team of developers to help build a cutting-edge DLT-based platform for interbank intraday lending.

This is a hybrid (1 day a week in the office in Wrocław) long-term contract role.

What You’ll Do

As a Junior DevOps Engineer, you’ll:

· Support the maintenance of scalable, reliable infrastructure.

· Expand your skills using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

· Help improve our CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes using Azure DevOps.

· Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and optimize systems.

· Contribute to internal tools that make life easier for developers and operations.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with a strong interest in DevOps and ideally 1+ year of hands-on experience in DevOps or backend development. You don’t need to know everything—we’ll support your growth—but familiarity with at some of the following is required:

· Working with cloud platforms (preferably Azure)

· Using Docker, Kubernetes and Helm charts in real-world projects

· Writing infrastructure as code with Terraform

· Understanding of cloud networking and common Azure services

· Basic Linux and Kubernetes troubleshooting skills

· Shell scripting

· Experience with creating CI/CD pipelines, preferably Azure Devops

· Bonus: Knowledge of Corda Enterprise deployment.
