Senior Salesforce Developer/ Architect

Finitec is a multi-technology team of about 50 IT specialists. We focus on development, implementation, maintenance, and consulting in the field of software. We have been active in the market for over 10 years, which has allowed us to gain strong experience in the financial, telecom, sharing economy, and AI industries. Technologically, we operate in areas such as Java, Python, C++, React, Angular, Oracle, Salesforce, DevOps, microservices, and cloud solutions.

We are currently seeking for Senior Salesforce Developers whom are interested to be contracted with one of our Clients - major wireless network operator.

We offer the opportunity to gain experience in a technologically advanced project for a large German telecommunications company with a global reach, in the field of maintenance and development of the system responsible for part of the sales process for B2B customers, based on Salesforce and Mulesoft platforms (integration with CRM legacy systems). The system is implemented in production at the headquarters and subsidiaries in five European locations, everyday communication takes place in English. The client provides substantive support and business care for the solution (close cooperation with highly qualified IT architects and product owner), while the role of Fintiec experts is to consult and jointly develop the approach, implementation, support users during tests and prepare changes for implementation on production systems.

  In your daily work, you will:   

• Propose and design the best technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Select the appropriate tools
• Collaborate with customers and partners to gather requirements and reach consensus on solutions
• Provide technical support to the project team (developers, testers, analysts, consultants) in collaboration with the Project Managers
• Working directly with our international clients

We are looking for:   

• Previous experience as a Salesforce Architect in large projects, ideally with a multi-national user /business base
• You have a high level of experience with Salesforce, and strong coding skills
• You have deep knowledge of APEX and LWC, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• You are familiar with various Salesforce products, e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Community) 
• You have good understanding of best practices such as Clean Code, CI/CD, Code Review, Git, Unit Testing.
• You are familiar with architectural pattern
• You have very good communication skills in both Polish and English

Nice to have: 

• Knowledge of other technologies related to Salesforce (e.g., MuleSoft, Tableau, Einstein Analytics)
