Team Lead/Senior SAP Consultant

We're on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Team Lead SAP Consultant to lead and innovate within our new daughter company - Int3grity. Responsibilities:

• From the planning phase to go-live: You and your team will lead our customers through challenging interface projects, transformations and migrations
• Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance on SAP best practices, and fostering a collaborative and productive team environment
•  Analyzing existing processes and checking whether they comply with SAP standards
• Looking for optimization and customization options and showing your customers how to implement them as well as necessary process changes.
• Developing solutions for the implementation and supervising the interface integration. For this purpose, you will develop concepts and development specifications and carry out tests.
• Educating your customers’ employees in workshops and training sessions on how to use the new solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP consulting
• Completed studies in the field of economics, supply chain management, engineering or business informatics or comparable education.
• Some experience in coordinating or leading a team
• Expertise in various SAP modules, preferably EWM
• Entrepreneurial attitude - demonstrating a proactive approach, creative problem-solving skills, and a self-driven mindset
• Willingness to engage in frequent national and international business travels
• Fluent English (B2+)
• Proficiency in German is a plus
