Software Architect is supporting one or more feature teams on complex projects within the public sector customer. The ideal candidate will possess leadership qualities, technical expertise, and communication skills to guide every aspect of planning, designing, and maintaining performance-critical solutions.

Tasks:

• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for selected development streams
• Utilize extensive domain knowledge to oversee the planning and design of intricate architectural solutions
• Maintain high-performance standards and ensure the reliability of critical systems
• Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear understanding and alignment of project goals and deliverables

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading complex projects in the public sector
• Strong technical background with a meticulous approach to problem-solving
• Experience with software architectures and patterns focusing on web-based applications with .net backend, SPA architectures, asynchronous processing, performance, resiliency and self-healing
• Experience with cloud-based development including App Service, AKS, Key Vault, Azure SQL, REDIS cache, OIDC, oAUTH, Application Insights
• Experience with on-premise based development including IIS, SQL Server, RabbitMQ, MongoDB
• Demonstrated ability to coach and support team members effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
