For our Client – an American telecommunications company, in which laboratory many important technologies were created and for which employees received the Nobel Prize (in Poland, the company does not provide telecommunications services), we are looking for a Senior Product Designer.

Workplace: Katowice (Poland), Brno (Czechia) or Bratislava (Slovakia)

Work in hybrid system: min. 1 office day per week or min. 4 office days in a month.

Short about role:

You’ll responsible for design strategy for the company’s product portfolio. As a member of the User Experience team, you have an influential role in user experience visions. You will work with cross-functional teams and play a critical role in maintaining a strong design culture that ensures every product is user-centered and loved, visually stunning, and achieves business objectives

Some of responsibilities:

• Contribute to the product design vision and direction for the product, from concept development to design and launch
• Partner with Product Design leaders, Product stakeholders, and Engineers to define design requirements to address user needs and business goals
• You are committed to quality and detail oriented. You will help ensure that our experience visions are reflected in the final product
• Help maintain a culture of creativity, learning, and continuous improvement
• You are a great communicator – articulate and confident. You will help create and present visually compelling product video demos

Skills & Experience:

• 5 years of experience in the Design field
• 5+ years of experience working collaboratively across functions: product, engineering, design, marketing, data science, and sales.
• Experienced in delivering successful products, as well as the ability to think creatively and strategically
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high quality product design, ability to navigate through ambiguity, experience with creating design systems, and engaging presentation skills
• You have a deep understanding of design principles, design thinking methodologies, and user research
• Experienced with designing for complex applications
• Experience with Figma
• English communications skills (B2)
