Senior Network Analyst

In the role of Senior Network Analyst, you will ensure IT service-oriented coverage within the network infrastructure to reduce or mitigate any actual or potential outages to our supported businesses. This is all done from our state-of-the-art regional Command Center in partnership with Workflow Coordinators, Staff Managers, and the Network Team, in cooperation with our other Operations Centers located in North and South America, Europe, and Asia.

This position gives you an excellent deal of liberty to self-determine organizational and career direction. Being a part of the Command Center Operations team, it is expected you demonstrate competency in Network Enterprise Technology and the ability to quickly learn multiple platforms, toolsets, and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining Global Network Infrastructure (one of the biggest network infrastructures in the world)
• Solving problems related to issues up to 3rd layer of OSI model (sometimes in 4th layer also)
• Working with various carriers & vendors across the Globe 
• Responsible for hardware replacements (Prestage, 1:1 device replacement, Supervisory Module replacements etc.)
• Responsible for detecting and fixing configurational issues
• Cooperating with various internal expert teams around the globe

Requirements:

• Ideally around 5 years of experience in Network Area (Network Operations Centre preferable)
• Industry network specific certifications – CCNA or adequate level of knowledge (CCNP will be a plus)
• Knowledge of networking hardware (Cisco, Arista, Nexus, F5, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Juniper etc.)
• Willingness to work in 12 hours shifts (6am-6pm) in follow the sun model
• Ability to work independently and search for problem solutions
• Able to work under time pressure and effectively prioritize the work
• Good organizational and coordinating skills
