Knowledge in capturing and documenting business requirements and converting these into the foundation for IT design and development
Clarify, document, and communicate functional and non-functional requirements by using data, process or information modelling, in order to drive delivery of change in alignment with the target picture and to enable sustainable solutions
Understand the structure, dynamics, terminology and IT applications of the international payment systems and work closely with stakeholders in business, IT and external partners on such topics
Able to work independently with defined problems on a highly-complex level within specific platform and competence area.
Ability to take partial responsibility for technically complex projects
Technical literacy, knowledge of relevant tools and technologies
Experience from the financial sector driving technical projects with many technical stakeholders
Preferable working experience within the areas of financial crime and/or transaction monitoring systems (AML)
Being able to explain and report technical complexity in a less technical language
Able to drive and support requirements and design maturation
For initial stage (Task Force mode) able to mature the delivery into a business case / epic as well potential proof of concept
Experience in Transaction Monitoring and associated case management is highly desirable
Experience from formulating user stories in Jira and Confluence is valuable
