Security Consultant (GRC, IAM) with German

Responsibilities:

• Support of information security projects and support in rollout activities
• Administration of access rights
• Respond promptly to inquiries from project members (1st level PMO)
• Support in the development of decision templates, presentations, reports, evaluations or other documentation
• Incident response and investigation: Investigating security incidents related to unauthorized access or breaches and taking appropriate actions to mitigate risks and prevent recurrence
• Identity lifecycle management: Monitoring and managing the entire identity lifecycle, including onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding processes

Requirements:

• Background university diploma in Information Technology
• 2-3 years experience in IT Environment especially in Identity and Access Management area
• Capacity to exchange with different Group functions and be able to understand in a short turnover roles & responsibilities including existing processes in terms of reporting
• Fluent verbal and written German
• B1/B2 level in English
• Experience with IAM tools and solutions, such as Active Directory, SSO, PAM and IAM platforms
• Affinity to digital market topics and developments notably strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software required in the performance of the different responsibilities
• Strong project management skills for overseeing IAM and improvement projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams and convey complex IAM concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to IAM, such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, and others
