Saviynt Tech Lead

Location: 100% remote work (candidates must be based in Poland)

As a Saviynt Tech Lead, you will be part of a high-impact program deploying a centralized identity platform for over 220,000 users. Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure the Saviynt IGA platform to meet enterprise identity and access needs

• Automate identity lifecycle processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk

• Collaborate with IT, HR, and Security teams to align the platform with business and compliance requirements

• Maintain and evolve platform documentation including architecture, operating models, and procedures

• Support onboarding of applications and services onto the IGA platform

• Manage complex IAM incidents, problems, and changes (IPC)

• Train operational teams and ensure smooth transition to business-as-usual operations

• Analyze new business demands and assess their fit within the existing platform capabilities

  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Information Security in large-scale, shared-services environments

• Hands-on expertise with Saviynt or similar IGA cloud platforms

• Strong technical background in Directories, SQL, Certificates, PKI, Java, and Middleware

• Experience in IAM operations, application onboarding, and process automation

• Ability to work effectively in an English-speaking environment

• French language skills are a plus
