SAP Super User - Trainer (STP)

We are seeking a SAP Super User skilled in business training and communication. This role focuses on developing and delivering training and communication strategies to support SAP implementation. The successful candidate will design and deliver impactful training and communication strategies to support SAP S4 Hana deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and deliver SAP S4 Hana training programs
2. Create manuals, presentations, and e-learning content
3. Organize workshops, webinars, and support sessions
4. Provide user support and address system-related questions
5. Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements

Requirements:

1. Min. 5 years of Experience
2. Experience in remote training and communication
3. Ability to create comprehensive training plans
4. Background as an SAP Super User or Trainer
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Teams
6. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Education, or related field

Nice to Have:

1. Knowledge of SAP deployment processes
2. Experience developing e-learning modules
3. Familiarity with other ERP systems
