SAP Program Manager

We are looking for a SAP Program Manager Co-Lead to support and co-lead of the transformation. This role involves overseeing functional workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of blueprints, leading fit-to-template workshops, and managing data migration and test planning in collaboration with SAP and internal teams.

Leadership & Coordination

• Lead and coordinate functional stream activities

• Ensure alignment with overall program goals and timelines

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth process adoption

• Address concerns and drive engagement

Risk Management

• Identify and proactively mitigate program risks

Reporting & Documentation

• Provide regular updates and maintain documentation

• Align reporting with the overall program manager

Adherence to Methodology

• Ensure compliance with internal methodologies, SAP Activate, and best practices

Data Migration Planning

• Oversee data migration efforts in alignment with SAP

Test Planning

• Supervise testing processes in coordination with the Test Management Team

  
  

Required Skills and Experience

• 10+ years of project management experience

• Proven track record in:

• Managing complex organizations and programs

• Leading large SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, especially in functional areas

• Strong background in: Stakeholder and people management Risk management SAP Activate methodology (full lifecycle experience required)

• Fit-to-template workshops Functional areas: FICO, Treasury, MM, EAM, EPPM Data migration and test planning
