    This role will be part of the TranS/4m program. This program is a finance transformation program that will include the implementation of a central S/4HANA solution. Currently, in all countries where Client operates, there are local systems supporting financial processes. These systems vary from small accounting-focused systems to systems that cover much more than financial processes.


    Job Purpose:

    As part of the TranS/4m program, it needs to be ensured that the S/4HANA solution is well integrated into the existing technology landscape, ensuring that end-to-end processes in individual countries can continue to run smoothly. This solution architecture role will focus on the transformation needs (carve out of functionality, decommissioning, interfaces, archiving needs, etc.) in the legacy technology landscape. The primary focus will be on the transformation needs in the technology landscape in Poland, where an SAP ERP ECC 6.0 solution is currently running.


    Your Responsibilities:

    • Delivering exceptional service and solutions across SAP FP&A.
    • Streamlining the functionality of SAP FP&A to improve/optimize and implement performance for business teams.
    • Ensuring smooth operation of procurement and logistics IT applications for the company.
    • Supporting and consulting internal business units and customers in procurement activities.
    • Consistently communicating with users, business analysts, and IT teams, developing and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
    • Developing new FP&A functionality and enhancements.
    • Automating processes and continuous improvement initiatives in SAP FP&A.
    • Working with Business Process Owners and stakeholders to understand their needs, identify gaps, continuously improve effectiveness, prioritize requirements and issues within SAP FP&A processes.
    • Driving analysis of the impact of requested changes – change request process.
    • Responsible for creating quality solution documentation, including functional specifications.
    • Responsible for the configuration/build of SAP S/4HANA FP&A solutions.
    • Expert in SAP S/4HANA FP&A and integrated modules/products.
    • Participating in design discussions with clients and leading design and process discussions.
    • Detailing the technical specifications required to deliver the functional requirements of the solution.
    • Responsible for issue resolution post go-live and transition to support.


    Your Profile:

    • Ability to perform in a workstream lead role, organizing, mentoring, and providing quality assurance on deliverables.
    • In-depth experience with FP&A systems from both a technical and functional standpoint.
    • Able to manage the implementation of approved changes and formally document processes, procedures, and user guides.
    • Understanding Level 2 and 3 support requirements.
    • Knowledge of ITIL processes.
    • Languages: English (required), German (desirable), Polish (desirable).
