Program Manager/ Solution Lead

The Regulatory Program Manager / Solution Lead will participate in the in the full project lifecycle of critical regulatory and compliance initiatives, collaborating with project stakeholders to build high quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of all aspects of the project lifecycle, but whose focus will be on business analysis, requirements gathering and defining optimal solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-responsible for formulation of technical vision for a particular solution to solve a business problem related to a regulatory requirement
- Engage closely with business stakeholders, technology application and architecture leads to drive the ideation of an end to end viable technology solution in the early stages of a program lifecycle
- Understand all knowledge areas of Project Management - Scope, Cost, Time
- Ensure System designs and solutions are as per Citi policies, and procedures and guideline
- Develop a clear understanding of Regulatory Project Business and Functional Requirements and explain overall requirements to various Applications Owners and engaged in cross review of functional requirements. Acting as a “translator” between the Business, Operations, Change, Legal, Finance, ICRM, Technology Teams
- Ensure traceability from Business Requirements to Production Deployment
- Develop Program Governance Decks, Program/Project Charter, Program Milestones, RAID log
- Use data modelling practices to analyse findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes
- Assisting with integration and acceptance testing, Providing support during and post implementation

Knowledge/Experience:
- 8+ years of Total experience, minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management and Business Analysis
- PM/BA Certifications like CBAP, PMI PBA, PMI PMP, PMI ACP, PMI PgMP will be preferred
- Understanding of Modelling techniques, methods and systems engineering concepts.
- Solid experience in wealth management, investment management / capital markets.
- Familiarity with Project Management (Requirement management, Risk Management, Resource Management, Project Integration Management etc.)
- Exposure to various SDLC methodologies, especially agile.
- Strong in Business Analyst and Project management tools – MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

- Strong communication skills, ability to explain business requirements in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders (supplier, partners, management etc.) in various forum
- Self-motivated and a team player that works well with individuals and thrives in a complex, global organization
