Lead Android Developer with German

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development and implementation of innovative mobile software solutions for our healthcare clients.
• Collaborate with clinical teams, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to prioritize and address health-specific software needs.
• Work together with the development team in the creation of customer journey and user stories, Coordinate with UI/UX designers, and with the software architects to implement functionality that is suitable for specific client needs.
• Responsible for near- and off-shore technical teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure our products are consistent and reliable, as well as provide training and support in business development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Mathematics, (Software) Engineering or other related field with strong IT focus. Master's or further certification are advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 year of working experience in implementing custom applications on mobile operating systems preferably 1 year in healthcare context.
• Deep understanding of Android development using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and related frameworks. Basic understanding of iOS development, including Swift and SwiftUI is a prerequisite.
• Proven work experience in contributing to international development teams and working with different stakeholder groups, e.g. project managers, Scrum masters, product owners, business analysts, developers, and infrastructure and security architects.
• Deep understanding of programming patterns (e.g. MVC, MVVM), tools, and frameworks for development (e.g. Declarative UI, Angular, Xamarin, React)
• Fluency in English and German (written and verbal)
