EHS Project Manager

We are looking for an EHS Project Manager to support the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) department. 

Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of a project plan for the implementation of a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution hosted by a 3rd party vendor Interface
• Deliver project objectives including working with stakeholders complete deliverables and mitigating potential risks so project remains within scope and on track
• Draft, organize and maintain all system documentation- including detailed documentation of configuration rules and system architecture
• Manage, track, and prioritize system issues and bug log including resolving system issues, monitoring trends, and working with SaaS provider as needed.
• Act as a first point of contact for technical issues, new user access provisioning 
• Train user groups on system usage including creating bespoke training materials for specific user groups as needed.
• Responsible for access controllership and operationalizing privacy controls
• Support data analytics and reporting needs through the creation of dashboards and templatized reports
• Support the development, build and daily maintenance of data analytics and global health data dashboard 

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience on similar position 
• Experience with enterprise-grade SaaS implementation project and ongoing administration
• Ability to multitask, solve problems creatively and work well under pressure
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables or work streams concurrently
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently towards established project goals
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication and collaboration skills exhibited in complex operational settings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with EHS technology solutions and/or EHS management system framework
• Experience with a variety of project management methodologies: waterfall, agile, scrum, etc.
• Strong conflict resolution, negotiation and influencing skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, without formal authority
• Experience working within the EHS field
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Data Studio, Pivot Table, Google Workspace and PLX
