Job description

In this role, you will:

  • Create, analyze, and maintain customer data

  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality and reduce task cycle time

  • Participate in the deployment of new systems, including all necessary testing activities

  • Analyze delays and negative trends to identify root causes and drive proactive improvements

  • Manage dual maintenance periods during system transitions

  • Collaborate with the team to enhance processes, tools, and performance measurement

  • Respond to account status inquiries from internal stakeholders


Your Skills and ExpertiseTo succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience

  • Basic experience with SAP

  • Experience with Salesforce

  • Background in Data Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Customer Service

  • Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Attention to detail and a passion for operational processes

  • Collaborative and analytical mindset


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Customer Data Management

  • Foreign language skills
