Crisis Management and BCM Security Manager

We are seeking for a Crisis Management and BCM Security Manager who has a verifiable track record of designing and maintaining pragmatic BCM and Crisis Management capabilities paired with good communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implementation, and maintenance of a groupwide framework and related capabilities for Crisis Management
• Design, implementation, and maintenance of a groupwide framework for Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP)
• Planning and execution of training sessions and wargames for Crisis Management
• Preparation and execution of BIA and BCP activities and workshops
• Supporting business functions in execution of BIA and preparation of BCP
• Maintenance of required technology systems such as the Emergency Notification System (ENMS) and other crisis management tools

Requirements:

• A passion for Risk Management and Organisational Resilience with a desire to deliver
• 5+ years of professional experience in the field of BCM, Crisis Management, Risk Management, Information Security Management or similar
• Professional experience in project management preferably involving agile techniques
• Strong knowledge in topic related standards, frameworks, and best practices such as ISO 22301, ISO 22361, etc
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills paired with the ability to influence and drive change across a highly matrix managed organisation
• Analytical mind capable of managing numerous information sources and providing data analysis reports to senior management
• Language Skills: Fluent in English (mandatory), proficiency in German or Polish (desirable)
