Business Process Architect in SAP FICO

Requirements:

• 8+ years in SAP FICO
• Experience in business process management and ERP implementation
• Knowledge of GxP standards and ERP systems
• Teamwork and coordination skills
• Familiarity with HPALM
• Excellent communication and analytical skills

Cluster Deliverables:

• Understand end-to-end business processes with internal BPAs
• Participate in workshops, contribute expertise
• Provide summaries and recommendations to PMO
• Prepare requirement documents for approval

Authorization:

• Gather authorization requirements for functional streams
• Recommend role mapping to PMO
• Finalize requirements and update documentation
• Support business in evaluating results

Documentation:

• Prepare and validate URS with business
• Create new process documents as per standards
• Ensure documentation standards for ERP and GxP

Testing:

• Reuse existing test cases, create new ones
• Approve test plans and coordinate execution
• Support users in preparing test data
• Follow up on defects during BAT and UAT

Data Migration:

• Guide users during data cleansing
• Support data migration team in field mapping
• Validate data loads at all project phases
• Define data requirements for new processes

Satellite Systems:

• Define interface requirements and test criteria
• Coordinate with 3PLs, vendors, and customers
• Ensure all interfaces work during testing phases

Training Material:

• Prepare and review training materials
• Remove outdated content from existing materials
• Onboard new SAP users and support training
