We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with 5-7 years of experience in requirements management within complex application development projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and reporting requirements, collaborating with multiple development teams.
Tasks:
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Prepare and maintain requirements traceability matrices.
- Report on requirements status and progress to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to ensure requirements are understood and met.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review and validate requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in requirements gathering, traceability matrix preparation, and reporting.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-development team environment.
- Knowledge or experience in the banking or payments sector (mandatory).
- Familiarity with ISO standards, SWIFT message types, and related technologies (preferred).
