Atlassian Services Consultant

Responsibilities:

• First and Second Level Support activities on daily basis for already implemented business cases
• Gather requirements, consult and document in related process workshops with business ambassadors
• Estimate efforts and align with domain lead
• Setup and configure Jira projects (Workflows, Screens etc.) as well as related add-ons according to the requirements and best-practices
• Configure and adapt Script Runner scripts with Groovy
• Demo solution and hand-over to business ambassador aligned with domain lead

Requirements:

• High experience using and configuring small to very complex Atlassian Jira (Work Management or Software or Service Management)
• Experience using common add-ons such as Big Gantt, Structure, Easy BI, Insight Assets, Sil Power Script, Script Runner, Automation for Jira
• Experience in Groovy Scripting
• Experience working in dynamic, agile environments such as AgilePM, SCRUM
• High grade of self-management, customer and value focus
• Speaking and writing English fluently and understanding German
