AI Solutions Architect (Microsoft & Copilot)

As an Agentic AI Solutions Architect specializing in Microsoft technologies, you will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions using the Microsoft ecosystem. You will translate complex business challenges into scalable, secure, and compliant architectures that drive digital transformation through autonomous AI agents.Your work will focus on developing and maintaining AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, ensuring alignment with design specifications and delivering measurable business value. You will also ensure that solutions incorporate Responsible AI principles, including cost control, bias detection, traceability, explainability, and auditability.

Tasks:

• Design reference architectures and solution blueprints for Agentic AI using Microsoft Azure, Copilot Studio, Semantic Kernel, and Power Platform

• Implement Responsible AI controls: cost containment, bias detection, traceability, explainability, and audit workflows

• Advise business and client teams on tailoring Microsoft Agentic AI components to meet domain-specific and regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with IT and delivery teams to ensure performance, security, and compatibility with enterprise architecture and data governance

• Support pre-sales activities as a technical expert, including effort estimation, pricing, and business case development

• Identify opportunities for transformation, automation, and AI adoption within client organizations using Microsoft technologies

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in data and automation solution architecture, with a focus on Generative or Agentic AI

• Proven track record in designing generative AI solutions, including effort estimation, pricing, and ROI presentations

• Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure AI services: Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Agent Service, Copilot Studio, Semantic Kernel

• Strong experience identifying and implementing AI opportunities in enterprise environments

• Solid understanding of cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP), enterprise integration patterns, and DevOps practices

• Strong grasp of advanced AI concepts: multi-agent workflows, reasoning engines, autonomous agent design

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform

• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocols

• Experience in rapid prototyping of Generative and Agentic AI solutions

• Knowledge of Microsoft, SAP, and Oracle ecosystems and their AI integrations

• Exposure to AI safety testing frameworks

• Consulting background or prior experience in a client-facing technical specialist role
