.NET Developer

For the international political-military organization project, we are seeking a .NET Developer to develop and update modules for the Medical Management Prototype software.

The contractor will be part of a team (project manager, technical lead, software developers, etc.) and will work using an Agile and iterative approach using multiple sprints. The content and scope of each sprint will be agreed with the project manager and the technical lead during the sprintplanning meeting.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in requirements elicitation, analysis and design discussions
• Write the application back-end, namely:
• The application data model
• A web API
• An authentication / authorization service
• Services to enable interaction with third party systems
• Business code

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of back-end development experience with the following technologies: .NET Framework and .NET Core, Entity Framework, and the C# programming language
• Deep knowledge of Medical Management Prototype architecture and code base
• Experience with Service-oriented Architecture software design and with the development of web APIs
• Experience with JSON Web Tokens (JWT) or similar token formats such as Security Assertion Mark-up Language (SAML)
• Experience with Visual Studio and Microsoft SQL Server or similar relational database management systems such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Experience with Design Thinking, Dev(Sec)Ops and Agile software development
• Experience with cloud computing services such as Microsoft Azure
• Proven ability to integrate and work in a multinational team
• The ability to conduct all work in English
