QA Engineer (Salesforce)

Your role at Exness:

You will be a part of the CRM team, working closely with the developers, QA, product owner, and business analyst. There are two primary areas to be covered by QA Engineer:

1. Build, maintain, and improve the QA process inside the team
2. Managing QA activities such as writing test cases, performing exploratory testing, and helping with automation tests will lead the team to maintain high-quality standards. 

You will work in a highly collaborative environment and own the end-to-end testing process.

You will:

• Define end-to-end testing processes and methods in the Salesforce environment, including cross-system integrations across multiple work streams.
• Define automated regression testing process and framework, including UI, back end, Salesforce components, and integrations.
• Define and coordinate application load and performance testing across testers and the Salesforce team.
• Research and find opportunities to utilize SFDC QA best practices, guidelines to improve system productivity, scaling and monitoring.
• Define and report daily, weekly and other QA metrics.
• Communicate the value and ROI of QA activities, including test automation.
• Maintain existing and implement new auto-tests

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field;
• 3+ years of Quality assurance and Quality Control experience;
• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM;
• Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes (like white box, black box, and automation methodologies);
• Experience in different types of testing like performance, load, etc;
• Knowledge of SOQL would be a plus;
• Salesforce administrator certificate would be a huge plus;
• Knowledge of Python is a huge plus;
• Previous experience with Allure is a huge plus;
• Demonstrate perfect communication skills;
• Ability to set users' expectations properly;
• Ability to effectively manage time and resources;
• A good level of written and oral communication skills, the ability to present technical solutions clearly to different audiences;
• Demonstrate a proactive approach and ownership, result-oriented and responsible;
• Ability to work well under pressure, flexibility in decision making, positive attitude to frequent changes;
• Ability to work with other team members;
• Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher);
• Desire to develop as an expert in your professional field.

2. Short online English test (for non-native speakers)
3. Test assignment (45 minutes)
4. Technical interview (1 hour)
5. Final interview (1 hour)
