Your role at Exness:
You will be part of our Partnership Digital Affiliates Team or our Anti-Fraud Team within the Technology Department in our office in sunny Cyprus. As an experienced and energetic professional, you will lead a cross-functional development team and ensure that the product developed meets the business requirements. You will work with professionals with different skill sets on various products & projects to create and deliver the best possible experience for our customers.

You will:

As a technical lead:

  • Be responsible for the technologies and tools used by your team, evaluate them, and drive their implementation.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot product incidents with the team, and implement changes to predict and prevent future incidents.
  • Participate in quarterly planning, setting goals for the team, and evaluating their achievement.
  • Participate in the preparation of reports, including reports on resource allocation and team progress for various periods.
  • Work with the team to find technical solutions to business problems.
  • Interact with the head of software development and other team leaders to identify interconnections between products and build appropriate compatible architecture.
  • Together with the team, develop, implement, and maintain procedures and standards for product development across the business unit.
  • Solve problems independently according to your professional skills.

As a line manager:

  • Lead the team in line with existing policies and procedures: hire new members, review team performance, support the achievement of consistent results, and be responsible for other management tasks.
  • Together with the Learning & Development department and HR Business Partners, develop and mentor all team members, and help them improve their performance and achieve the best possible results.
  • Drive team motivation and inspire your colleagues to perform at their best.

What we expect from you:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development in cross-functional teams using various programming languages, preferably Python or Golang on the backend OR React or Typescript on the frontend
  • 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead, managing people and building effective teams
  • Experience with hiring, replacing, and interviewing team members
  • Good knowledge of the full software development cycle
  • Knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies, especially Scrum
  • Experience as a project manager or Scrum master
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use advanced English for different work & business purposes
