Anti-Fraud monitoring Specialist
Your role at Exness:
Monitoring specialist is responsible for monitoring and investigating suspicious and fraudulent activities of affiliates (and clients) during the acquisition process and in later stages of cooperation.
The purpose of the role is to ensure a secure and controlled environment by identifying high-risk affiliates and clients to prevent fraudulent activity.
You will:
- Fraud case management of suspicious affiliates: Detection; Analysis; Actions; Post monitoring
- Collate information to identify potential system faults and prevent abuse issues
- Analyse data to find irregular affiliate activity patterns and abnormal behaviour
- Document case management process for each type of fraud
- Take part in development of the new detection models and improvements of the old one
The ideal candidate:
- Analytical and attention to details
- Basic knowledge in one of scripting programming languages (Python, R)
- Strong knowledge in Excel/Google sheets
- Proficiency in English (oral and written)
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- SQL knowledge would be very nice to have
- AML, anti-fraud, risk-management experience is a huge plus
