Main responsibilities
- Run an internal IT project within a dynamic changing environment
- Project planning and execution taking into consideration various parameters i.e. available development resources, business and project priorities
- Co-ordinates and oversees activities between a team of business analysts and developers to keep the right project pace
- Evaluates the project status and provides guidance to the team and the management based on observed project aspects and trends
- Reports to management project status, challenges and risks and proposes solutions for further planning, execution and error handling
- Building implementation project together with business and business analyst
- Prepare and execute on Steering committee meetings and ensure that action is taken on decisions

An ideal candidate profile
- 5+ years of project management experience in an international working environment with multiple product owners and products developed in parallel
- Experienced in IT recruitment and external workforce projects would be an asset
- Advanced knowledge/ proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Analytical skills and critical thinking
- Worked previously in an agile software development environment
- Detail-oriented with efficient communication skills
- Can-do attitude to achieve set goals
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English is a must
