For our client, one of the world’s leading transport, freight forwarding and logistic companies, we realize a recruitment process on the position IT Telephony Specialist to the long-term project. The candidate will be taking part in the Global Telephony Platform.
Main responsibilities:
- Take part in the Global Telephony Platform project covering roll outs in different offices across the globe
- Execute daily tasks related to Cisco Telephony/UC operations and maintenance, including Incident Management, Problem Management and Request Fulfilment ITIL processes
- Support implementation/integration of Unified Communications solutions
- Create and update operational documentation
An ideal candidate profile:
- Practical knowledge about Cisco Unified Communications
- Experience with Cisco UC, CCNA/CCNP Collaboration certifications or equivalent level of skills and experience will be a plus
- Nice to have experience with VoIP protocols and UC systems integration methods
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Good spoken/written English Skills
