Technical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Development support of programs for the payment applications of our customers
• Software upgrade project's work
• Maintenance & 3rd level application management

Requirements:

• good knowledge of IBM z/OS, COBOL and Mainframe Databases (DB2, IMS), SQL, Batch and online processing
• Agile/ITIL
• Command of spoken and written English (at least B2)
• Understanding of payment processes
• Work experience in payment transactions, SEPA, Edifact, European legacy formats
• Good analytical abilities to understand complex and technical issues and to adapt them to the target group translated into solutions
• Reverse engineering capability
• Well-developed soft skills: responsibility, active and constructive interaction with colleagues on the project, account project management and the customer/business partner – both, technical and managerial (from client side: product owners, organizational cell management, technical team leads)

• X-COBOL, PL/1, TSO/ISPF, CICS
• German language
