    Job Opportunity: Release Coordinator

Are you ready to kickstart your career in IT and grow in a dynamic, supportive environment? We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Release Coordinator to join our team!

    What You’ll Do:

As a Release Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in our team, helping to ensure smooth IT service operations. You’ll learn the ropes of release management while collaborating closely with developers, stakeholders, and other departments. This role offers you the chance to grow your technical skills and gain hands-on experience with IT service processes.

Here’s a snapshot of what your day-to-day will look like:

    • Ticket Management: You'll be the go-to person for registering and deregistering inquiries, ensuring that everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
    • Release Coordination: You'll assist in planning, preparing, and executing software releases. This includes monitoring release processes, communicating updates, and documenting activities.
    • Team Collaboration: You'll work closely with different departments and team members, ensuring everyone is on the same page. Daily communication with developers and stakeholders will be key to your success.
    • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: You'll maintain and update essential documents, including work instructions, procedures, and process records. Your contributions will help keep our knowledge database current and accurate.

Our team works in shifts (6am-2pm; 10am-6pm) Monday to Friday, giving you the flexibility to enjoy longer mornings or free afternoons. Additionally, the team delivers major releases once a quarter over the weekend, giving you the chance to experience a full release process end to end.

    What You’ll Learn and Achieve:

    • Hands-On IT Experience: You'll gain a deep understanding of IT service management, release processes, and deployment strategies.
    • Professional Growth: With exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, and Office365, you'll build a strong foundation in IT and project management.
    • Collaboration Skills: Working with cross-functional teams will sharpen your communication and coordination skills, preparing you for future leadership roles.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Language Skills: You’re fluent in both German (B2+) and English, making you a great communicator across our international team.
    • Proactive Attitude: You take the initiative, anticipate needs, and are resourceful in finding solutions.
    • Reliability: You’re dependable and take ownership of your tasks, ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks.
    • Resilience: You can keep calm and perform well under pressure, even when things get hectic.

Nice to Have (But Not Required):

    • IT Knowledge: Familiarity with IT Service Management processes (an ITIL certificate would be a bonus).
    • Tool Proficiency: Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Office365.
    • Service Team Experience: If you've worked in a service team before, that’s a plus!

Why You’ll Love Working With Us:

    • Wellbeing & Work-Life Balance: We care about your wellbeing with integration and passion-sharing events that make work enjoyable. Plus, our shift options give you flexibility, so you can balance work with your personal life.
    • Health & Wellness: Enjoy comprehensive private medical and dental care, and take advantage of our benefits platform for discounts on shopping, cinema, sports, and more.
    • Active Lifestyle Support: We co-fund sports activities through Multisport & OK system cards and our b-active program, helping you stay fit and healthy.
    • Professional Growth: Expand your skills with courses and certifications, including Google Cloud, AWS, and ITIL. Participate in conferences and join expert communities to grow your network.
    • Special Perks: Receive gift packages for special occasions like Easter, Christmas, and Children’s Day, and enjoy additional days off and Atos Jubilee gifts as recognition for your seniority.
    • Flexibility: Benefit from remote working options or commuting allowances.
    • Giving Back: Join our charity and eco initiatives to make a positive impact on the world.

*Your benefits could vary depending on employment contract type.
