Division: Group Digital Capabilities (GDC)
Role:
- Supervise the specification of test design and test cases, supervise horizontal traceability in respect with the guidelines
- Make sure that all test results (including outsourced ones) are produced in due time with the required quality
- Monitor, report and adapt the testing activities to meet the project planning and budget
- Assess the quality of software delivery.
- Manage testing resources (internal or outsourced) on a day-to-day basis.
- Manage / prioritize defects, avoid ping-pong between teams.
- Coordinate NFR testing (with infrastructure teams)
- Identify risks / issues and present associated mitigating actions taking into account the critically of the domain of the underlying business.
- Provide status report (critical metrics, issues…)
- Responsible for creation of Testing and Launch Strategy and Test Summary Report, validate successful completion of IV/SV exit criteria and provide recommendation for GO / NO GO meeting.
- Responsible for the Release management up to the launch in production and organization of the post-launch activities
- Participate to launch activities and post launch support
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing standard processes.
Qualifications:
- A master's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, Mathematics, Civil Engineering or similar
- Experience in crafting test strategies and supervising integration tests activities on multi platform & sophisticated environments (multi sites)
- Strong analytical mind-set with the ability to extract relevant information from documentation, system data, clients and colleagues and analyse the captured information.
- ISTQB Foundation Certificate in Software testing
- If possible, experience in the financial industry, knowledge of trade settlements and the terms/terminology used.
