In the context of our test transformation, we are seeking a senior project manager to lead the workstream for ‘Non-Regret Moves’ and to prepare the projects that support the upcoming test re-engineering initiative!
You are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of your projects, which includes:
- Delivering the project scope on time, within budget, and with the expected quality.
- Writing comprehensive project memos that enable the Business Sponsor and IT management to make informed decisions.
- Providing regular status updates to the Project Sponsor and various partners.
- Supervising the expected benefits as approved in the business cases.
More specifically, you will :
- Create and maintain project plans and forecasts, including resource requirements, costs, risks, their mitigations, and dependencies with other projects.
- Lead virtual teams across various divisions and entities, including third-party suppliers in India.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with your customers, providing advice, guidance, and options with regard to IT investments.
- Define deliverables, assign their production to project team members, and supervise progress and quality of those deliverables, ensuring they respect the planning while maintaining good relationships.
- Lead the staffing of assigned projects and supervise the budget spent.
- Lead the risk, issue, and change control processes for assigned projects, build an action plan to mitigate risks/solve issues, and track action items.
- Control and monitor the progress of projects, reporting to the Roadmap Manager and the Sponsorship Committee.
- Manage the project according to Euroclear internal standards (methodology & tools).
Technical skills
- Experience in leading projects (minimum 10 years)
- Experience in testing domain
- Experience with the management of testing with external organisations such as T2S or Swift (including external stakeholders management)
- Experience in managing projects with external suppliers (including negotiation and contracts management with external suppliers with the support of specialized teams)
- Fluent in English
Soft skills
- Strong leadership skills to adapt your style according to the situation and to the different partners
- Good business and/or technical understanding
- Interpersonal skills to influence decisions taken with the project sponsor/client
- Excellent communication skills (listening, writing and presenting) at all levels, from staff members to senior management
- Ability to learn quickly in a complex environment and to synthesize the situation
- Strong negotiation skills, conflict management and influencing skills at different levels of management
- Effective delegation of tasks and responsibilities while maintaining overall control
- Assertiveness to drive tasks to completion
Assets
- Certification in PRINCE 2 and/or PMI (or similar IT frameworks)
- Experience within the Euroclear environment
