Responsibilities:
- Project management: running software development projects for international clients, strategic planning, management tools, quality and security assurance, delivery orientation.
- Project administration: project planning, time management, budget management, people management, reporting.
- Team Leading: building project teams, supervising and supporting team members, individual oriented and group oriented communication, open-feedback culture, providing team development.
- Client Relationship: role of business advisor, customer need orientation, decision making support, providing quality services and reporting, customer satisfaction orientation.
- Internal and external communication: collaborating with Account Manager and Finance Director on optimizing project profitability and increasing revenue, communicating project needs to Sourcing Manager.

As a Delivery Manager, we expect you to have:
- Experience as Project Manager or Delivery Manager
- Know-how in managerial tools and methodologies
- Experience in the IT industry and within the management of software projects
- Strategic attitude: analytical and logical approach, with the drive to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Relation oriented attitude: communication skills, customer relationship, team management
- Multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English (min. B2)
Nice to have:
- Previous Scrum Master experience
- Experience with blockchain projects
