Espeo is an Agile software house focused on greenfield, international startup projects. We're located in the heart of Poznań and we employ around 60 people. Our mission is helping others grow - both our clients as well as our developers. You'll have a real influence on the technology of the web and mobile applications we create.
We are extending our project team therefore we are looking for an Experienced Go Developer who is ready to support us in taking the system to the next level. As a Go Developer you will be dedicated to the project it is a complete, blockchain powered, multifunctional environment that allows coders and companies to develop and implement projects of any complexity.

As a GO Developer you will be:
- contributing ideas and influence business wide solution architecture
- building robust and scalable end-to-end software solutions
- participating in the entire development life cycle, from requirements to delivery
- developing and maintaining existing features
- part of Scrum team
- communicating with remote team members on daily basis
- communicating with international clients (presentation of effects, clarification of requirements)
As a GO Developer we expect you to have:
- solid experience in Go or very good knowledge in other languages like Java, Python with some experience in Go
- good engineering skill with an eye for both modelling and code architecture
- excellent skills in write well designed, testable, efficient code
- good understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- experience with RESTful web services
- interesting in Blockchain
- being creative and proactive - always up for challenge
- willingness to cooperate with others and share both experience & knowledge within the team
- good communication skills
- good command of spoken and written English (min. B2)
It’s nice if you:
- understanding and have worked with TDD
- have PoC experience with Blockchain
- understanding of cloud computing (AWS or Azure infrastructure)
- already have experience in working with a team and English speaking clients
