Job description

We are now looking for a System Deployment Specialist with skills between Business Process Consultant, Project Manager and system expert, who is able to build and use technical knowledge of the solution to prepare system configuration, understand the business processes and drive system deployment projects with different stakeholders to fulfill all business requirements.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Drive, support or supervise projects execution in cooperation with customers / Market Areas / key stakeholders
  • Translation of business requirements into solutions specification / IT requirements/system configuration; performing hands-on system configuration to meet business processes requirements
  • Understanding of business process, development of knowledge of the business process and IT solution
  • Project dimensioning (costs and resources), understand the impact of customer requirements on the project cost/timeline
 
Requirements:
  •   Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level in engineering (IT);
  •   At least 2-3 years of experience in business process modeling and/or designing IT solutions basing on business process;
  •   Expertise in matching IT solutions with business demands, business process frameworks and methodology;
  •   SQL and relational database architecture knowledge;
  •   Practical experience and understanding of the management and execution of projects for application deployment and migration from legacy IT system;
  •   Readiness to get intotechnical details and configure the system basing on business requirements;
  •   Knowledge of spare parts management, reverse logistics process and/or supply chain management process is an important asset;
  •   Strong analytical skills;
  •   Fluency in English;
  •   Experience in working in project mode in cooperation with diverse teams both in a line and a matrix capacity; 
  •   Strong planning, organizationaland leadership skills; 
  •   Effective interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills; 
  •   Highly developed business acumen.
