Senior Software Developer

About this opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer who is interested in joining our Software Development Team in Krakow and Lodz, Poland.

In our team, you will be working on exciting, complex projects, focused on continuously improving 4G telecommunication products, especially OneRAN-oriented solution and its multi-deployment feature. In addition to troubleshooting and solution implementation you’ll be involved in systemization, adding new functionalities, and improving existing ones. Also, you will be accountable for development of the automated unit and functional test cases. Development is mainly based on, but not limited to C++ language. The 4G OneRAN solution can be deployed on various platforms what creates an opportunity to develop competences in virtualization and cloud computing.

What you will do

• Collaborate with multi-functional teams using Agile methodology to design, develop, and implement innovative 4G OneRAN technology solutions.
• Influence the development of Traffic Control, Baseband, and System functionalities.
• Work on the optimization and performance tuning of software components.
• Provide technical support for development teams
• Developing competencies in a sophisticated technical domain.
• Actively participate and drive software quality technical discussions with global teams inside and outside our unit

You will bring

• Must have technical knowledge and skills: C++, GIT, software development, software testing, software troubleshooting
• Solid grasp of the telecom domain
• Experience with OpenShift Container Platform and Cloud Computing is desirable
• Good to have technical skills: Erlang, Python, Linux
• Must have soft competencies: an analytical approach, willingness to take on new responsibilities, maintaining good partnership and collaboration
• you are a dedicated and energetic team player with ability to coach and lead other team members in solving engineering problem
• Good level of written and spoken the English language
• Experience in software development
