How you will get the job done

• maintaining RSA Archer documentation (including access management concept, operational maintenance manual, design slides, business unit click guides, and others)
• coordinating and communicating with the IT Application Owner organization
• defining and approving further requirements for Archer development
• developing and executing test plan and strategy in collaboration with the IT team
• implementing regular test activities on the business side, including documentation, and collaborating with IT for test coordination and potential bug resolution
• regularly preparing the ICS cycles data upload over data hub for process landscape and organizational structure into RSA Archer, involving data upload through the data hub for process landscape and organizational structure into RSA Archer
• managing both local and global ICS cycles within RSA Archer
• providing user support to business units, addressing content or technical Archer-related issues

Skills and experience you will need

• fluent English (lvl. B2+)
• university degree – preferably in Computer Science, or completed relevant trainings within an IT area
• 3+ years of professional experience, preferably as a Business Application Owner Specialist
• experience in maintaining and developing tools from a business perspective, defining IT requirements, and test planning and execution
• strong analytical skills
• structured and result-oriented approach to work with high-quality standards with accountability for results
• good communication skills and confident presentation of complex issues at all levels of the hierarchy
• willingness to travel as required
