CLIENT & TEAM
Client is building a plugin/addon for Powerpoint for professional office users which links data to their source and thereby: a) allows automatic updates and b) make it traceable. Moreover, you will find there a dynamic, motivated team consisting of 3 Founders (two with a business and one with a technical background), three full-time Developers working remotely and one UX/UI Designer working in Berlin.
PROJECT`S NEEDS
Client is looking for someone to manage and assist the development team, develop standards for coding/testing/documentation and solve coding challenges himself/herself. They're looking forward for this person to complement our team and grow with the company – depending on his willingness we're happy for that person to grow into a leadership position.

Client is looking for someone to manage and assist the development team, develop standards for coding/testing/documentation and solve coding challenges himself/herself. YOUR TASKS
- Developing the product itself (coding) and assisting the team within sprints (ideally ~50% of the time as expectation)
- Development of standards, processes, guidelines for coding, testing and documentation
- Managing (guiding, reviewing and training) the team (including code, documentation and testing review)
REQUIREMENTS
- Extensive knowledge and strong experience in development in C#
- QA standards follower with the ability to get the team involved into it
- Fluent English, because communication will be a significant part of your work
- Eagerness to suggest own ideas and challenges on the project
- Experience with best practices in terms of documentation standards
- Yes we can attitude and solving problems skills
- Openness for fails and mistakes, because this is the cost of innovations
TECH STACK IN THE PROJECT
Visual Studio Code with C# and the VSTO (Visual Studio Tools for Office) Plugin, Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, Testing on Windows 2019 Remote Servers, Custom solution (Powershell) for building the application (basically a soft version of Jenkins).
