About Us:
EQrento is our proprietary software (operating in a SaaS model) for comprehensive management of any equipment rental. It is a system that solves one of the most painful problems in every rental industry — money slipping through the cracks due to errors and delays in preparing quotes, drafting contracts, GPS monitoring, calculating overtime, and sending invoices and other documents.
Through EQrento, we don't sell promises — we sell tangible savings: time, resources, and money. We already have established clients worldwide, including in sectors such as construction and tourism.
We are in a growth phase and are looking for someone to take the wheel of our "sales machine" and ultimately become a cornerstone of the sales department.
Your Mission:
From Sales Development Representative to Account Executive!
Phase 1 (Hunting): Independently building a prospect database (initially focusing on the EU and USA), reaching out to rental business owners (LinkedIn, Email, Cold Calling), and booking 15+ demos per month
Phase 2 (Closing): Once you've mastered the product, you will take over the full cycle—conducting demos, offering custom modifications/integrations, negotiating, and closing deals.
Your Toolkit (KPIs):
Research: Identifying new companies (fleet size: 50–500 machines) and key decision-makers.
Outbound: Actively running multi-channel sequences (you’re not afraid of the phone or the webcam!).
Follow-up: Consistently closing the loop with prospects who haven't responded yet.
Education: Showing clients exactly how our case studies translate into their bottom line.
What We Expect From You:
Language:
Fluent English (min. C1) — you will be speaking with business owners around the world.
Knowledge of another foreign language (min. B2) will be a significant advantage.
Experience:
Min. 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
Min. 2+ years in SaaS software sales.
Experience selling to international clients.
Background in industries such as logistics or construction will be a significant advantage.
Ability to present and sell via phone and the internet.
Hunter Mindset:
You understand that "no" is just the beginning of a conversation, and that 80% of sales close after the 5th contact.
You are strongly focused on achieving set targets.
Autonomy:
Managing the full sales process (funnel) — from identifying needs to closing deals, with attention to realistic conversion rates at every stage.
Ability to adapt outreach approaches and conversations with potential clients.
Ideas and innovations to improve client acquisition processes and product sales.
