Roles and Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including forms, workflows, and modules.
• Manage and optimize the incident management process in ServiceNow.
• Oversee the service request process, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
• Manage problem records and contribute to proactive problem management practices.
• Maintain the service catalog, ensuring it aligns with business needs.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track platform performance and KPIs.

Skills requirements:

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow administration, including modules like Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request.
• Proficiency in designing and configuring workflows in ServiceNow.
• Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other systems using tools like REST and SOAP APIs.
• Ability to create and manage reports and dashboards in ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow custom application development.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript.
• Knowledge of creating and maintaining a service catalog in ServiceNow.
• English language skills at least at level B2.

Skills Nice to have:

• Certification in ServiceNow System Administration.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Discovery and understanding of CMDB concepts.
