For our prestigious client in Austria, we are on the hunt for a Senior Business Analyst with a robust background in analyzing complex IT systems. Proficiency in German (B2/C1 level) is a must, alongside the ability to make bi-weekly trips to Vienna. SAP experience, including modules like FI/CO, MM, SD, or BASIS, is highly regarded.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of large-scale, intricate IT systems, identifying and understanding the technical and functional dynamics.
• Utilize a variety of tools to visualize and document software requirements, ensuring clarity and comprehensiveness in project documentation.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical, moderation, and presentation skills to organize and communicate complex information effectively.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including management, departmental teams, and technical staff, navigating through the nuances of business and technical landscapes.
• Participate actively in agile software development and implementation projects, contributing to the team's success with a flexible and collaborative approach.
• Analyze front-end systems, including API layers, to address usability, accessibility, and user interface design challenges, ensuring optimal user experience in web, app, or hybrid applications.

Skills Required:

• Advanced German language skills, with the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
• Proven experience in the analysis of complex IT systems and a deep understanding of the interrelations between technical and functional processes.
• Proficiency in using tools for software requirement visualization and documentation, such as UML, Jira/Confluence, Enterprise Architect, and similar tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, coupled with the ability to moderate discussions and present findings clearly.
• Experience in agile software development processes and working within agile project teams.
• Understanding of basic software development principles and familiarity with multi-channel distribution systems or comparable technological frameworks.
