As a Network Administrator specializing in firewalls, you will be responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of our network infrastructure. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Implement network access control measures, including Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS).
• Analyze firewall logs to identify and respond to potential security threats.
• Administer and maintain firewall devices, ensuring they are correctly configured and up to date.
• Provide 24/7 support for firewall-related incidents and emergencies.
• Create, modify, and optimize firewall rules to maintain network security while allowing necessary traffic.
• Configure and manage Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) to ensure secure remote access.

Skills requirements:

• Proficiency in configuring and managing firewall devices (e.g., Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Check Point).
• Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.
• Experience in developing and enforcing network security policies.
• Skill in creating, modifying, and optimizing firewall rules.
• Ability to detect and respond to network security incidents.
• Understanding of IDS and IPS systems.
• Knowledge of VPN configuration and secure remote access.
• English language skills at least at level B2.

Skills Nice to have:

• Relevant network security certifications, such as Cisco CCNP Security, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or vendor-specific firewall certifications.
• Knowledge of cloud security solutions, especially related to firewall management in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with log analysis tools like Splunk, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), or similar tools.
• Familiarity with next-gen firewall features and technologies.
• Experience with network access control solutions like Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
