Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.

- Assess business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for IAM/PAM systems.

- Configure and customize IAM/PAM solutions to meet specific business needs and security requirements.

- Perform system integrations with existing IT systems and applications.

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to ensure system reliability and availability.

- Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation measures.

- Provide guidance and support to end users and stakeholders on IAM/PAM system usage and best practices.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an IAM/PAM System Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of IAM/PAM concepts and principles.

- Familiarity with IAM/PAM solutions such as Okta, Azure Active Directory, CyberArk, or similar platforms.

- Experience in configuring and customizing IAM/PAM systems to meet business requirements.

- Knowledge of identity and access management standards and protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, LDAP).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
